We recommend starting with our Intro Offer - 3 classes for £50 - which is perfect for trying different class styles.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely. Avoid loose clothing that might get caught in equipment. Pilates is typically practiced barefoot or with grip socks for better stability and control. We sell grip socks at the studio for your convenience.
For optimal results, we recommend practicing 2-3 times per week. However, even once a week can provide significant benefits. Consistency is key to seeing improvements in strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Our Monthly Unlimited membership (£390/month) is perfect for dedicated regular practitioners.
Just bring yourself, water, and comfortable workout clothes! We provide all the equipment you need including mats, reformers, and props. Arrive 10 minutes early so we can get you checked in and oriented. If you have any injuries or health concerns, please let your instructor know before class.

Yes, our class passes have validity periods from the date of first use: Intro Offer (1 month), 5 Class Pack (3 months), 10 Class Pack (3 months), 5 Private Pack (6 months). Private sessions are £95 for a single session, or you can purchase a 5 Private Package for £450 (valid for 6 months from first use). Private sessions offer one-on-one personalized attention, custom programming for your specific goals, and are ideal for injury rehabilitation or if you prefer individualized instruction.
Our Pilates + Breathwork combo (£65) combines a 45-minute Pilates class followed by a focused breathwork session. This unique offering integrates movement with breath awareness for enhanced mind-body connection, stress reduction, and deeper relaxation.
You can book classes through our online booking system on the Timetable or Book page. Simply select your desired class time, log in or create an account, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details. We use Momence for secure, easy booking.
We require at least 12 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 12 hours of class start time or don't show up, the class will be deducted from your package. This policy allows us to offer the spot to other students and helps us maintain small, high-quality classes.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class time, especially for your first visit. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may not be able to admit you to the class for safety reasons, and the class will be deducted from your package. Starting on time ensures proper warm-up and prevents injury.
Yes! We offer private sessions (£95 per session, or £450 for a 5-pack valid 6 months) for those who want more personalized attention, have specific goals, or need modifications for injuries. Contact us directly through our Contact page to schedule a private session with one of our expert instructors.
You can create an account when booking your first class through our Timetable or Book page. Simply click on a class, and you'll be prompted to sign up. You'll need to provide basic information and payment details. Once registered, you can easily manage your bookings, view your class history, and purchase packages.
Bookings should be made under the attendee's name. Each person needs their own account to track their package usage and class history. If you'd like to gift classes to someone, we recommend purchasing a gift card which they can use to book under their own name.

We have a fully equipped studio with professional-grade Pilates reformers, mats, towers, chairs, and various props including resistance bands, Pilates balls, foam rollers, and weights. Our infrared-heated studio provides a unique experience for mat classes. All equipment is regularly maintained and sanitized.
Yes, we have changing facilities available. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to change and get settled before class begins.
Being in central London, we recommend using public transport. There are paid parking options nearby including street parking and car parks, but availability can be limited. Our location is excellently connected by tube, bus, and cycling routes.

Our classes are designed for adults and we don't have childcare facilities. For safety and to maintain the focused environment, we ask that children not attend regular classes. We occasionally offer family or kids-specific workshops - check our Events page for special programming.
