What a great class led by Seany this morning. She is an excellent teacher - welcoming, friendly, helpful and encouraging and all her instructions were clear and expertly demonstrated. This was the first time I'd exercised using the infrared mats and it was a great experience - warm heat that wasn't overwhelming that really helped my muscles stretch with ease. I left the class with a lovely inner glow that I'm sure will stay with me throughout the day. ❤️

Everything you need to know about getting started with Pilates at Aligné Studio

No prior experience is necessary! We offer classes for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Our expert instructors will guide you through proper form and technique, ensuring a safe and effective practice. We recommend starting with our Intro Offer - 3 classes for £50 - which is perfect for trying different class styles.

Mat Pilates is performed on a mat using your body weight for resistance, focusing on core strength and stability. Reformer Pilates uses a specialized machine with springs and pulleys for adjustable resistance, offering more variety and dynamic movements. Both are effective and can be adapted to all fitness levels. We offer both styles so you can experience the benefits of each.

We offer: Intro Offer (3 classes for £50, valid 1 month), Single Class (£35), 5 Class Pack (£165, valid 3 months), 10 Class Pack (£320, valid 3 months - most popular), and Monthly Unlimited (£390/month for unlimited sessions). We also offer private sessions (£95 single, £450 for 5-pack), Pilates + Breathwork combo (£65), gift cards, and corporate packages for teams of 10+ employees.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely. Avoid loose clothing that might get caught in equipment. Pilates is typically practiced barefoot or with grip socks for better stability and control. We sell grip socks at the studio for your convenience.

You can book classes through our online booking system on the Timetable or Book page. Simply select your desired class time, log in or create an account, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details. We use Momence for secure, easy booking.

For optimal results, we recommend practicing 2-3 times per week. However, even once a week can provide significant benefits. Consistency is key to seeing improvements in strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Our Monthly Unlimited membership (£390/month) is perfect for dedicated regular practitioners.
